Birchwood Childcare Forest School originally began as an in home licensed family childcare with a focus on time spent outdoors. We have since evolved our thinking and aligned with The Cedarsong Way Pedagogy to transform our program into a Forest School. We now offer an outdoor preschool program in Akeley, MN. We are committed to complete nature immersion, unstructured flow learning, place-based focus and authentic play.
